Shaking Earth and flooding water are potential eventualities of living here on Earth. When we see our fellow man suffering we all feel the Global Empathy, as well as the volumous strength of character and energy of human intent. Disaster can strike anywhere and cause damages far worse than man made wars in the ongoing struggle of the species. Wars certain are unfortunate, as killing ones own species does not make a lot of sense from a philosophical standpoint. But we know humans and political will is part of who we are or as some have said; War is a sense that gives us purpose. Yet I propose a different set of wars that unite the World in a common cause rather than divide us and doom us to repeat.

This is not to say that one should forgo the truths of protecting a nation or to chastise the Military Industrial Complex, as even Carl von Clauswitz warns us that a leader, which fails to protect itself, does so at the future demise of their people. What I am saying here and wish to point out to the leading thinkers of the present period is that when such disasterous events unfold, as horrible as they are such as the Indonesia Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina and Rita, Flooding in Africa, Central America and China or the most recent Pakistan Earthquake; it is time to re-build. Re-build our civilizations and our unity, as we are all in this together and must never forget this.

No one wishes ill on another thru a tragedy of such magnitude however if we turn this into a positive one observing from a distance could see and this is an incredible month of opportunity in Foreign Policy for United States. The unfortunate eventuality, the Horrific Earthquake in Pakistan, may in fact be a blessing for Peace Policy, thru Condi Rice's excellent diplomacy and should be pushed forward. Good opportunities there for both nations; India giving financial support and supplies and Pakistan accepting, as it shows a dropping of the swords rather than the rattling of them.

This Earthquake has World Peace Possibilities. Just like the pouring out of support after Hurricane Katrina from so many nations across the Globe. This coupled with the Angela Markel election victory in Germany could be played in such a way to really change the thoughts from the mass media hit on the US image for the Iraq war. We can mend a lot of fences and all realize the need for Global Unity now, which if carefully continued can lead to a positive future period sense of team work.

Thru the leadership of the White House and the direction of Condi Rice, we can use this in gaining political points and capital now and thus change the current reality for a more favorable US reality in World Affairs. This Political Capital could be spent as Early as November and be a major forward stride for the future of mankind and the Nations World Image. One looking at the Chess Board of future cooperation between nations, could see a bright future and allow us to move forward in a war against those issues which plague our species, as we all have to live on the surface of this Planet together.

What I am saying and wish to point out here is even though these disasters are horrific, they also present opportunity, which we must seize. If there is something we wish to do to bring mankind together and there is much, then indeed this might be time to get'r done. All world leaders are hereby advised to be thinking here, a good couple of visits and strategic moves now, could be worth their weight in gold for all of our futures. Don't you agree? Think on it.
