In the case where there is a mutual respect, then there will not be any such desire, as they both will be aware of their limitations. Always remember that mutual understanding is a two way street.
Instead of going into the very details, the only thing that teenagers are required to keep in mind is that dating is essential, but it also constitutes only a small part of total life. It is very similar to icing, which is important but only in a small quantity. Frequent dating will be very much like a cake with too much icing.
So youngsters should live their life, but dating must be kept in balance. This is so that it does not intervene with your duties towards God and your commitments towards your family, school and also to yourself. |
