Strike the Perfect Balance with Chi ?C Dating Advice for Men

Author: Joshua Goh

It is an accepted fact that many social principles and philosophies of the East have benefited the world and continue to do so. Chi, the Chinese term for Life Energy is an essential part of our body that flows in pre-determined paths and controls many of our thoughts and actions.

You don't have to be a Chi Gong practitioner or a Chi Guru to realize the implication of this Life energy and the importance of managing or channelizing it for our own good. I am sure you have heard or read about the use of Chi and the enormous power it yields in healing, over and above various other traditional uses.

Even if you do not have any faith in these realities, you have surely experienced the feeling of complete exasperation, after sex. The ejaculation after the act completely drains you out, leaving you tired, sleepy and perhaps hungry too. The entire process of ejaculation is a result of numerous biological and chemical changes that take place in your body, resulting in a positive loss of will power and energy.

Even after having sex in the morning, have you noticed the change in the energy level in your body? Perhaps you weren't as sleepy, but nevertheless, the whole act drained you of vital life force that flows through your body. This loss of energy is also the loss of chi energy. Think of the reverse situation. When you have not had sex for more than a weekaren't you more energetic, active and raring to go? You have now saved some energy, enabling you to move ahead with vigour and zest.

Masturbation. Practiced since childhood by many of us. Yet this simple and natural urge to masturbate saps a lot of vital energy off our body. When you meet and date women, you need a lot of positive mental and physical energy and motivational force to go out and do it well. But if you spend all the chi, or life energy in mere self-gratification, you are just running short of that big motivational force which you need badly.

Hence, the most important thing for you to do, is to practice self-discipline rigorously. Preserve and protect that Chi or life energy, so that you draw from it as and when necessary. Of course, don't save too much of it by self-deprivation. A path of renunciation and celibacy is not is suggested here. Sexual frustration beyond a certain limit can come in the way of you becoming a dynamic and positive person. Try and find an optimal balance between the two extremes.
