Your next assignment is to teach this attitude to your employees, managers and independent contractors. Customers will look at you and just shake their heads. They will assume you don't want any more business. Remember everything you say and do in front of your employees will create an image of you, your business, us, so don't treat it lightly. Although they may not ever achieve your level, you will improve their performance, improve their attitude and improve their self-confidence. This is a win-win situation.
